Linn, a founding director of Urban Lifesavers, has been a primary school teacher for 38 years and has taught in both government and private schools.
She has a degree in Special Education focusing on Autism Spectrum Disorder and has been a sessional lecturer at Melbourne University and Coburg Teacher’s College for Special Education and Mathematics.
She has also written curriculum documents for the education department in the area of mathematics and teacher professional development.
Linn was a councillor for the City of Brighton for 4 years. She has been a Rotarian for 19 years, is past president of Brighton Beach Rotary Club (2012-13) and will be President again in 2016-17.
She is a Rotary Paul Harris Fellow.
